New born for Trouble Ticketing systems
Two weeks ago my boss said that he doesn’t know how i spent my time in trouble support for my company users and why i was angry for this time spending.
In the same time i found onse simple solution: trouble ticketing system.
I checked out several systems and i found the best in the open source world: OTRS.
In these days i have spended different hours for OTRS system setup and for notifications to users and to my support team and i think that this framework is very helpful and complete.
In the next posts i describe some features and tricks to fastly configure OTRS.
